Social analysis is a term that is familiar to community social activists as a basic ability that must be possessed to carry out their activities. So popular is this term that there is often a reduction in meaning to become a prerequisite for a project or program which is then used mechanically. As a result, the results of the analysis do not really capture the realities of the community, and in the end the program or project being implemented is unable to answer real problems in the community. Therefore, Bentara Papua collaborates with The Samdhana Institute to initiate a Training on "Social Analysis and Sustainable Livelihoods" to bridge the younger generation who will be involved in the social world so that they have provisions in analyzing social problems that occur.
This training lasts 4 days, followed by NGOs, the community, academics, students and fresh graduates.

Bentara Papua together with the Samdhana Institute will carry out 4 days of Social Analysis training activities namely March 21-24 2016. This training is a continuation of the previous training series and is prioritized for those who have participated in the Social and Environmental Leadership training activities for Bentara I and II. However, it does not rule out the possibility for the community of social educators and final year students or who have just graduated in Manokwari. This training is FREE.
